While we rigorously protect our audit independence, we also believe it is important that you see us as an extension of your team, and a valuable resource and sounding board.
We are commercial and we place a value on the expertise we bring, which means we neither undersell nor overinflate our pricing. We are also transparent in the fees we charge. We agree fees up front and we honour that agreement.
Our Directgors are also pragmatic and sometimes matters arise that lead to unexpected work. We undertake to be open and upfront if this happens, and always mutually agree any additional charges.
Similarly, we stick to the timelines we agree. If you need us to accelerate the timeline or extend it, we flex. But we only do so by mutual agreement.
We are governed by the Haines Watts national quality control procedures, under which all our new assignments are subject to Independent Partner review. This ensures we deliver a robust audit, adhering to all ISAs.
As a member of firm of the ICAEW we are bound by its requirements and conditions, and are regularly inspected by the ICAEW QAD team.
