Sian has worked in payroll since 1996, she was initially in the accounts department then moved into payroll and feels she has really found her niche. Sian has seen many developments in payroll with the introduction of RTI, Auto Enrolment and furlough. Sian has many years experience working with franchise businesses, helping them with payroll for directors and their first employees, right up to multiple employee payrolls.
