That’s why we tailor our approach to each and every business when setting them up with cloud accounting. A flexible approach is key from the start and will ensure your system meets all of your business needs.

What this looks like in practice:

1Initial Discussion

Identify what your current system looks like and what your idea would be. Discuss the best options, and what might be added in the future.

2Demo

Once we have an idea of what might work best for you, we can arrange a demo of the software. This will allow you to see the system in action.

3Set up

We would then set the system up for you and give you access. This is done to best suit your current needs as well as planning for future plans.

4Training

We will train you or your team to use the software(s) using your own live data. These sessions will last for 1–2 hours, covering different sections of the software and how you will use them. We are able to move at your own pace and tweak the system if you find something that isn’t working for you.

5 Ongoing support

Even after your training is complete, we will provide ongoing support when needed. The system allows you to work collaboratively to help you with any issues. For example, we could help you review your VAT return before filing it with HMRC.
