We use Xero and CIN7 as inventory add-ons. Before cloud accounting, we had a manual paper-based system that was long-winded which was having a negative impact on growth. Once we started to use CIN7 to track and report on stock everybody in the business from management to sales to the warehouse team was linked.Using cloud accounting, especially Xero improved our finance processes as our banks are linked and rules can be set up for some DDs making bank reconciliations easy. It also saved us time during the lockdown as everybody was able to log in from anywhere and work collaboratively.
