The solution involved introducing the client to a new cloud solution, Xero. Being recognised by HMRC, it automatically solved the MTD quandary. It also enabled the company to manage their finances from anywhere. It's less expensive than many other solutions on the market and doesn't charge extra for additional users, which is a great option for a business that wants to grow.
After working with the client on what further efficiencies would really help them, we decided to add a couple of other pieces of software. The first, Dext, which automates repetitive and dull manual data entry tasks. It enabled the client to electronically capture and store receipts, invoices, and other supporting documents that a business depends on to ensure they keep accurate and secure financial records.
The second, Deputy; a cloud-based human resource management (HRM) solution that provides employee management and scheduling functionalities.
