I was set that I wanted to do an apprenticeship instead of following the traditional uni route. I had been studying accounting at A-Level and my teacher at college would rave on about apprenticeships in accounting and how much of an amazing opportunity that they were so I started looking into it and realised that this was the career path that I wanted to take. Therefore, when Conor and Sophia attended college to talk about the apprenticeship at Haines Watts it was almost as if everything fell into place.
