We were asked to tender for the outsourced finance function and tax work, due to poor delivery by the Big 4 incumbent. Following the rapid growth of the company over recent years those outsourced services have evolved as the company has developed their own internal finance team. We are now getting involved in employee incentive and tax planning work alongside general ongoing compliance, providing support during the audit process and ad hoc advisory queries. It is great to work with clients that share similar values to Haines Watts with real focus on their customers and employees as Mason Advisory has been recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces 2022 by the Great Place to Work UK.”
