Director | Nowcomm
As Director of Front Office and Head of Pre-Sales, James and his team focus on solving the customer’s problems with technology and expertise.
James says, "I’ve always got an autobiography or biography on the go. Hearing how people got to where they are is always fascinating for me. Recent favourites include “The Elephant to Hollywood” by Michael Caine and Niki Lauda, The Biography. Along side those I’ve got a stack of business books and John Le Carré thrillers.
I spend a lot of time in the car, so podcasts are great. I’ll mix it up between business, inspirational speakers and entertainment. From The BBC’s Bottom Line to Eddie Hearn’s, No Passion No Point and Page 94, The Private Eye Podcast. The Motorsport magazine podcast often covers the careers of influential people in motorsport and is always a fascinating listen. I love to watch the F1. When trying to explain the team structure of how Nowcomm work, with individuals placed into roles to allow them to maximise their performance, F1 is the best teamwork analogy with every member of the team being equally important to success."
