E.Tupling is an independently owned family business, established in 1966. They are a leading manufacturers distributor of building plastics, and underfloor heating systems.
E.Tupling are passionate about providing expansive choice and value-added products to merchant partners, through friendly, unrivalled, and seamless customer service. They are a modern and forward-thinking company, yet traditional values and customer centric philosophy remains at the heart of everything they do.
We have worked with E.Tupling since Tim’s parents were the majority shareholders and have supported the family company to restructure the business and pass the company over to the next generation. We helped bring in an external director to drive the business forward and conclude on the succession plan. We have worked on tax mitigation structures, improved management information, helped to set up a suitable executive pension plan for the directors and assisted with decisions and option on moving premises. We have become their trusted advisor and a real sounding board, providing ongoing reviews and support alongside looking at R&D with them.”
